Food4Fun

Food4Fun is an initiative that combines cooking with another essential life skill, communication, and blends them into an fun activity. Children learn new recipes while making new friends.

At Essence Oasis, we create a space for parents and siblings to unwind and release any pent-up tension through talking therapy, one-to-one coffee breaks, and holistic retreats.

Adesuwa is a dedicated family advocate, acclaimed author, inspiring speaker, and coach. As the visionary Founder and Director of Essence Oasis Foundation, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting and empowering families. Her foundation's work has had a profound impact on countless lives, providing essential resources and guidance. Additionally, Adesuwa established the Alice Iduhon Relief Centre in Edo State, Nigeria, furthering her mission to offer relief and support to those in need within her community. Through her multiple roles, Adesuwa continues to inspire and uplift individuals, making a significant difference both locally and globally.
